More sketches because I just don’t have the time to sit down and finish anything. Life is a cruel mistress…

Top picture is of a series I’d like to start. A few weeks ago I was watching something or other with my family about Bonnie and Clyde, where they showed some pretty gruesome photos from the scene of their death. Needless to say, my morbid little mind went places and I got the idea for a series about death featuring stylized portraits of people who had recently died. Now if only I had the time to implement this idea…

Bottom picture is of my character Rene. You might remember the little badge I made of my character Ulysses a while ago. Pretty much just sketched this with the idea of doing the same for this character. But, again, time isn’t on my side so who knows when I’ll get the chance to show a finished something or other.

Who knew real life was such a time suck? Bleh.

    I come bearing sketches!

Sketch on the left is one of my many original characters. I’ve had the idea for this picture floating around in my head for quite some time, but due to unforeseeable circumstances over these past few weeks, I just haven’t had the time to sit down and draw it. I intend to finish this with watercolor and ink, but I have no idea when I’m going to have the time to sit at home and do it.

Sketch on the right is a quick little mini-bust I did for my friend Lindsay of her boy, Yokue. Just wanted to do something nice for my friend. <3
